Welcome to Tabs
Tabs is Comedor Capital's workspace for deal and portfolio work. Before you jump in, here are the terms — written the way we'd actually say them, not buried in fine print. Using Tabs means you're agreeing to what's below.
The short version
- Your data stays yours. What you upload belongs to you (or your company). We store and process it to make Tabs work for the deal at hand — nothing more.
- Keep what you see here confidential. Deal rooms hold sensitive material. Only share it with people who are supposed to see it, and only use it for the work you were invited to do.
- Use Tabs for its purpose. Diligence, collaboration, portfolio monitoring — the work it's built for. Please don't try to break, probe, or misuse it, or access anything you weren't given access to.
- A little AI helps out. Tabs uses AI to draft, summarize, and organize. It's a smart assistant, not the final word — review AI output before you rely on it.
Your account
Your login is yours — keep it secure and don't share it. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.
Confidentiality
Much of what's in Tabs is confidential and often covered by a separate agreement (an NDA or engagement letter) between you and Comedor. Those agreements still apply. In plain terms: treat everything you see here as private, share it only with authorized people, and use it only for the engagement you're part of.
Access and collaborators
Firms, the companies they're evaluating, and outside advisors (like legal or financial counsel) may all work in the same deal. Everyone only sees what they've been granted. Don't try to reach data outside your access, and don't help anyone else do so.
What we can't promise
We work hard to keep Tabs reliable and secure, but we provide it "as is." We can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and Tabs doesn't replace your own professional, legal, or financial judgment. To the extent the law allows, Comedor isn't liable for losses arising from your use of Tabs.
Changes
We may update these terms as Tabs evolves. If we make a meaningful change, we'll ask you to review and accept the new version the next time you sign in.
